2D Drawings
Self Portrait
This was drawn for a class on facial expressions and anatomy. The project was assigned to test our grasp of the anatomy of the face before delving into emotions. It was drawn in Krita using a mirror for the reference.
Tiny House Village
This was a project from my third semester Architecture studio class. The brief was to lay out a site plan for a tiny
house village. I did mine manually and colored it with markers and
colored pencils.
The site plan was provided by the Professor.
Art Class Final Project
The final project of an introductory art class I took. It was a four-day
project shading a still-life scene with charcoal.
Elf Portrait
This portrait was drawn as a color and shading study for a
second-semester Architecture studio course. The base sketch was done in
graphite and the shading in colored pencil. The character was drawn from
imagination.
Feeling Light
Feeling light was a drawing project for a first semester Architecture
studio intended as practice in drawing light and shadow to create a
convincing composition. The medium was graphite pencils and the
reference I used was a photo of my sandals.
Drawing Light
Drawing Light was a drawing project from my first semester Architecture
studio class intended to practice tonal representation of light and
shadow. Instead of adding the shadows onto a light background, we used
white colored pencils to add the light onto black paper. I used one of
my family's cats as the subject matter, and the drawing was freehand
copied from a photograph.
